Ruth Johnson contacted me by phone, advising that I had debt that was set for court, due to them not being able to serve me with documents. If I did not negotiate a settlement. I paid $300.00 from my checking on March 11, 2016, now I’m trying to get my funds back. I can’t believe I was scammed! I work for a law firm and know the tricks of scammers, but caught off guard with some of the common sense knowledge. I made them submit a letter stating that we would settle (by email) dumb. However, a full month had past without receiving my confirmation through mail, so I tried to contact them, the numbers do not work, and no email response. I’m a single mother, and was trying to do the right thing, knowing I owed debts.
