I’ve written you before, but without success.
I’m still having issues with JFK PetAirways.
It started May 15th,2020,
when I bought 1 Maltese t-cup puppy and 1 Yorkie t-cup puppy from Jerome Skinner Jr.
Since then:
This is my transactions with your company and money paid.
$960 x 2 for crates, Several days later I was told they were only a 24 hour hold
$1200 Insurance
$1400 x 2 quarantine
$800 x 2 for vaccines ( I know for a fact the dogs were to young for those shots) and the vaccine list was copied and pasted on page
$960 x 2 for crates again
Now they want $5000 for quaranne, food and care
During this time, I have sent money to several ‘different’ email, cash app, zelle, bitcoin, and names, which included,
17504 Flamingo Ave, Cleveland Ohio 44233 address for business… and 5300 Riverside Dr Cleveland Ohio. I can go on and on.
I have my receipts and communication.
Someone put me on a personal phone ***** ******** connection and he has been texting me on a daily bases and calling.
All communicaon has been saved
Your company employees are Swearing they are helping but need more money. Even gets rude on the phone.
I called the original owner of the dogs, his phone had been disconnected.. scam/fraud…but his t-cup puppy site is ************ I will never trust this airway for pet delivery again and will let other know
I am, at this me, searching my options to file a civil suit.
I have been left with no alternative.
Your people are only good at scamming and defrauding innocent people, like myself
Lexus ******* wanted my Cash App to deposit the refunds (not true) (proof, bc you can’t delete transactions)
I believe they wanted it, to laundry money..
I would have been set up, for fraud, by your company name and employees!
Where’s the justice?

Sad part about this is, I’m one out of 4 people, who have had the same issue, but can’t get it settled.
They laugh and think is funny that we suffer..

When they requested $1000 "98% refundable for air-conditioned crate for puppy" I Googled their name and discovered it is indeed a scam. Now I’m afraid that the $499 and $21.50 it cost me to wire to Luke Gills, Pomsky breeder, is also a scam.
