Purchased a ring and they did not provide any shipping details or any way to contact them. Their phone just rings. No answer to emails and finally one answer on Facebook Messenger. CSR said it would ship in one week. Contacted them again and they told me I would have to be patient. I paid for expedited shipping and no other contact with company. Every other review I am now reading States they never received product.
