T-shirt was ordered 4-15-17, debited from my bank 4-17-17. Monthly emails have been sent to the [email protected] email address with little to no communication back. 8-26-17 emails were received from their "support tech" stating my order was canceled and a refund would be issued and to ‘stop emailing’ them. 2 weeks later, another email was sent as the refund had not been received. I was told it had been issued, it was now up to my bank for them to deposit it back in my account. Spoke w/ my bank today, there is no pending refund. They have nothing to do with how long a refund takes to deposit. Now, it has been more than 60 days and I cannot dispute with my bank. It’s been almost 30 days since the "refund" was issued and I have yet to get it.

They still have a functional website (provided above) but can no longer be found on Facebook. The address listed is showing as townhomes in New Jersey. And now I see a closed complaint registered in the BBB that the business is no longer operational. I would definitely avoid interaction or future purchases with this "company" or any affiliates.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased my products on the 12th of April. Since then I have not received my product. Other customers posts left on their Facebook page about not getting their product get deleted. I have a few screenshots. They tell customers they are experiencing a delay because of mass ordering or using a different company for their shirts and then do not contact you again. They tell you that they can’t give you a refund for 30 days until after the order if it hasn’t shipped, but then no longer communicate with the customer.
