Received a call this morning from a company claiming that they were planning to file litigation against a family member. When I called back they needed the file number. I gave that number and they connected me to a woman (they claimed case manager) named "Jennifer Jones" when I asked is she was a Marvel Character she said no it was her name by marriage. Then wouldn’t give me any other info saying she needed to talk with my family member. She slipped up after having said since she was calling me in Florida, which I wasn’t. Then got very snippy when I tried to question where she was calling from said it was the corporate office in California. I persisted in trying to get the corporate office number and address. She wouldn’t give it. I called them back several times. The final time I asked them to remove my phone number and that I was going to report them to the FBI. They stay calm the entire time.

Thought we had a very good deal on a car. Seemed a little too good. But she said it was her dead husband and brought bad memories. I didn’t question it because I didn’t wanna seem rude. Was sent an invoice saying I had to pay in EBay gift cards and had read earlier that it was a popular scam.
