My husband and I are trying to buy a puppy. They will not answer their phone and it goes threw a weird telephone service. They text right back but won’t answer phone calls. The phone number comes up Connecticut area code but told my husband that they are here in Minnesota where we live. They won’t give any names on the website. Something is off.
