Type of a scam Rental
House for rent posted on craigslist at 565 bradley street columbus ohio. The email from the person renting it came back with a lot of mispellings and just seemed odd. Rent is very low for this area and the posting had been flagged on craigslist for removal. Just seems too good to be true. His email address does not match the company or website. And there is information for a Jeffrey Vardaro in ohio but it doesnt match what the emails reflect I would assume someone with a law background would be a be able to type an email. Here is the email.

My house is still available for rent and is located at 565 Bradley St, Columbus, OH 43201, quite and safe I only need someone that can take good care of the house in my absence because right now am not around I just secured a contract with The Maids International, Inc, Inc in Omaha, NE, which I will not be back on time. And am here with the house keys and document, I tried to look for management before I left but couldn’t get any in time. If you know that you have a good reference and a good credential, you can email me back to secure and occupy my house at my absent. I am willing to lease out my house for 1 to 3 years.
