JCC Arbitrations has been contacting my job numerous times saying I took out a loan online which I have never done and they are willing to settle out of court. I have asked them to stop contact my job they hang up and call back to back to back. I told them to send something in writing and they have stated that I would be served papers on my job. They never give an address or allow me to speak to a manager. They keep asking for my credit card information for payment over the phone. They keep calling me from 844-706-5692 and 866-615 3453.

Female called me from 855-473-0351. Said I owed on a payday loan taken out between 2007-2012. Had an old address for me. Refused to provide correspondence by mail. When I told her I wasn’t paying she said "good luck in court" and hung up.
