Type of a scam Phishing

Received a call from *** *** which is the main number for the *** *** ***. Individual said his name is Joseph Costanzo (or Costanza) and indicated that they want to serve me with a summons but not sure which is the correct address. They will be delivering a summons by 11:30am on the day they called me. He proceeded to say that if I want to resolve the issue I should speak with an attorney by the name of Sharon Holley at 888-608-0052 and provided me with a case number CV20200577. I tried calling the 888 number and was sent to voice mail where the individual state her name is Michele Wash, assisting Sharon and to leave the case number, name and phone. I tried call the 888 number a few more times with no success. About one hour later I received a call from the number and allowed the call to get to voice mail. The message left was from a John Stollar and the company listed on my ID is Jax Management. I cannot find any information about these people or company anywhere. They also contacted my former sister in law and my landlord. Again, claiming that they would be at my new address by 11:30am to serve me with a summons. It is now 4:22pm and no summons. In addition, I live about five hours away from Philadelphia County. I did not identify myself as the individual they were looking for and told them I would take a message. For an officer of the court or lawyer, they certainly were very free with providing me a lot of personal identifiable information.
