I placed an ad on craigslist and Facebook to sell an antique car. Received an email from a person who claimed they could not view the car because they were deployed and wouldn’t be back until July. That they couldn’t make or receive calls because of security reasons. but that they did have Internet access and that that was their major means of communication to the outside world. They was OK with my asking price but that they could only pay through PayPal because it was the most secure way to make or receive payments online and they wanted me to set up a PayPal account. Said they was ready to buy and encourage me to take the ad off of craigslist. And that they would send a courier person to come and pick up in store the car after I had received payment.
