He’s a tree cutter. Offers a reasonable price and then begins working and tries to get cash as quickly as he can. He to return to finish and never shows back up. Leaves branches on curb saying city will pickup, but they do not. Very many people have been victims. Likes to pry on older people and ones that don’t know any better. Law enforcement know about him, but nothing is being done.
