Type of a scam Credit Cards

TO The FBI Thursday Feb 9, 2017

Last summer (2016) , specifically, May the 23rd last year, 2016, my computer was hacked by a ruthless cyber-criminal- HE attempted to extort 396$ from me after he hacked into my computer. I refused to pay up so he crashed and destroyed my boot hard drive. The phone # of the hacker was a spoofed # so the police were not able to get my computer fixed or pursue the hacker(S)

Shortly after I was hacked I was called by person with a heavy Indian or Indonesian accented fellow calling himself Frank. And he claimed to be with Microsoft Windows technical support team, and promised he would fix my computer for 309$. I blindly gave him my credit card and he charged 309$ to me, from Kasnar tech of Nevada. Unfortunately, a month later I discovered that he was simply a PC Scam artist. One of thousands in the USA claiming to be with Microsoft, but actually being an independent scammer, a liar and a con artist. This was the end of May 2016.

He promised to get a technician to my house within 4 days, to personally repair the PC and replace the boot hard drive if necessary. So, the long and short of it was, he kept giving me new arrival dates, but the tech guy never showed up. After 5 consecutive missed appointments I wrote the FBI, filed a complaint and a dispute with Bank of America VISA, my credit card co, and wrote the TN Consumer Affairs that admitted not being able to do anything. I took my PC to Geek Squad at best buy on June 28, and on July 5, 2016, got my PC back to me in a working condition, after doing 216$ of repairs.. Bank of America reimbursed me for some of the fake credit card charges, and 6 months went by and I thought all was said and done.

LAST NIGHT, Feb 8, 2017, my wife showed me two charges on my VISA credit card statement for “COMPUTER DATA PROCESSING AND COMPUTER PROGRAMMING CHARGES” totaling 399.00$ BY A COMPANY CALLED “WEB CLINIC”- LOCATED IN CLAREMONT CALIFORNIA. I HAVE HAD NO CONTACT WITH, DEALINGS WITH OR BUSINESS WITH WEB CLINIC AND DO NOT KNOW THEM FROM ADAM. Whoever Web Clinic is, they have done NOTHING for me, I have not hired them to do anything, and I never intend to hire them.

I called the 844 number today, 844-666-5660, and a foreign (Indian or Asian) person with a thick accent named Jack Wilson answered. I identified myself and asked him who he was and what he was doing charging my credit card with fictitious computer charges, dated Nov 19, 2016 and 200.00 Dec 31, 2016. He said he would get back with me. An hour or 2 later, I got a call from Frank from Kasnar Tech in New York. Frank said, oh, we made a mistake. I’ll call billing and call you back in an hour and this will come off,.

I said who are “WE”? I thought you were “Kasnar tech” Who is Jack to you? I thought he said he was with Web Clinic or Web Design. In California? He said, yes he is with WEB Design- and I asked “what is he to you”? I mean how does he know you? YOU are in New York it says here, and He’s in Claremont California! “he and I are business partners” he said. I asked So that means you can give him MY credit card # so he can bill me anytime for absolutely nothing, from another company for sales that didn’t exist?” He said, “oh that was a mistake.” I said “TWO MONTHS IN A ROW?” Sounds like more than a mistake to me. Sounds like several unethical money shake down to me.” Oh, we’ll get that fixed in one hour”. So here it is 4 hours later. I called him and Jack. Both said um billing is very busy. “We’ll call you back in 30 minutes”, that was 90 minutes ago. 24 HOURS LATER AND BILLING IS STILL BUSY! It sounds like to me Jack is getting credit cards to charge at random, for DOING nothing, from Frank. Sounds like a scam, just like Frank does with Windows Computers tech support, where he scams people out of their money, by impersonating Microsoft employees. With tech services he cannot offer and does not provide..

PLEASE GOOGLE FRANKS 315-636-6484 phone number, in New York and Nevada and you will find DOZENS if not scores or hundreds of complaints for fake PC work, Windows tech scams, extortion, ransomware scams, and other computer AND INTERNET schemes, for Frank and his companies.

Frank, whoever he is, impersonates Microsoft employees, scams computer owners and rips off their money, in ransomware scams, and now, you can add using a prior customer’s credit card number to give to his friend/relative Jack, in a totally separate company 7 states away, to scam more people, with false, sham credit card charges, a half year later, for sales or services or tech sales that never happened! He and his pal, Jack, whoever he really is, are cyber criminals!

BETWEEN SUMMER OF 2016, WHEN FRANK TALLIED 309.00$ ON MY VISA, AND DID NOTHING, AND DECEMBER 2016’S VISA STATEMENT WHERE JACK, FRANK’S FRIEND, EXPLOITED THAT SAME CREDIT CARD TO TOTAL 399.00 $ WORTH OF CHARGES, IN EXCHANGE FOR NOTHING, I HAVE SHELLED OUT 609$ ON MY VISA CARD, IN 2016 IN EXCHANGE FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THESE GUYS ARE CON ARTISTS, CROOKS, SCAMMERS.

I have never heard of Web Clinic in California before today, Feb 10, 2017; I have never bought any product, nor any service from that company. I owe them NOTHING, for anything. I HAVE heard of Frank, a known swindler, A CON MAN…

Jack whatever his name is called me a few moments ago, from 763-202-7518, a Minneapolis Minnesota phone, listed to a Jaddal Uddin. No telling who we are dealing with, Claremont CA, Las Vegas, NV, New York City NY, this appears even more confusing than before.

PLEASE INVESTIGATE THESE CHARACTERS, PLEASE HELP ME GET MY 399$ BACK, FOR THE NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER VISA CHARGES, as soon as possible, AND I ASK, NO, I DEMAND, THAT YOU FORCE THESE GUYS HALT THEIR SCAMS, AND DECIDE TO RUN A LEGIT BUSINESS OR FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO, LIKE GET A REAL JOB,

THANK YOU,
