Was contacted via phone and US Mail by J. Northland Group indicating I owed $500 dollars for an Advance Kash payday loan that occurred in 2010. God help us, paid them. They Never sent any requested file, documents, etc. Now they seemed to have vanished into ugly air. Beware Beware, they could be doing business as any company!! God does not like ugly.

I got a voicemail from an unknown number saying they are contacting me to schedule delivery legal documents to my home or job and let an phone number (877-887-8421) and a case number ***-***. When I called the number, a woman advised me that this is for a payday loan I had in 2011, that I defaulted on for $260 with a company called *** Shop. I don’t remember this loan, she was able to provide me with my address and place of employment. I asked to see some documentation and she emailed me the letter attached. It seems pretty shady, the letter is a word document and provides no detail and she wanted payment or an arrangement… or she would "send it through to the court". Seems like alot to go through for a $260 loan and I have never received any correspondence about this loan before via mail or any other means and I’m very sure I never had this loan. After doing a few *** searches, it seemed that this might be a scam.
