Got an e-mail conformation on purchase but I didn’t notice there was no contact info, they even charged sales tax. 3 weeks later no delivery and can’t find any contact info to call them. Call my credit card company to report and they have no contact info for the transaction either. Can’t believe in my late 40’s I finally got had.

Searched google.com for a Barbie Dreamhouse and clicked on ad for izhomekitchen listing for sale at $98.77 (including tax); great!…figured it was a closeout. Received order confirmation email from [email protected] Product was not delivered, after 15 days visited the website and was able to find ‘order tracker’ which reported that my order status was Refunded. But it was NOT. Contacted credit card company to dispute the transaction. As it is now a few more days later, I am not even able to find any company contact information or the order tracker link that I accessed a few days ago. SCAMMERS GO AWAY!!! Shut this site down!!

Saw an Intex sand pump for an above ground pool for $91.99 which is originally around $200 so I assumed it was just an overstock item and bought it. They took the money right out of my account upon purchasing and filling out my information. After about 2 weeks of the order pending, I got an email saying they had added it as an in stock item but they hadn’t actually had it in stock and they went ahead and refunded my money. Still haven’t seen it.

We have contacted them twice via their website “contact us” which is a form you fill out and they claim they will get back to you within 24-72 hours. We haven’t heard a thing. No phone number is available on the website.

Found what we thought was a good deal on a kitchen product. I read what I thought were good reviews of the site and of the product. After they deducted the money from our bank account, and we never heard from them we started doing more thorough investigation and have realized that all reviews were probably fake. We have tried several times to contact them via their website and what appears to be a fake order confirmation without any response. We will be contacting our bank tomorrow to see if a refund is possible and we will be changing our account information.

A Google search for an item that I was shopping for showed a great deal on the item at this website. I visited the website and everything seemed legit. The price was much lower than anywhere else but not quite "too good to be true". There were limited quantities of the product available (only about 7 I think) and there was a countdown timer for when the sale on the item would end (only about 3 hours remaining). So I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the item at such a great price. I received an email confirmation just as i would with any online purchase and still everything seemed legitimate. Over the next couple of days I checked the website again and became suspicious when I saw that the countdown timer just restarted every time it ended and the available quantity didn’t seem to change much. After a couple of days the item was eventually listed on the website as being sold out. I checked the status of my order and it had changed from "processing" to "refunded". It is now 6 business days since I saw that the order was "refunded" and the money has still not been credited back to my account. I have used their online contact form a couple of times but have not received a reply back. They have no phone number listed on their contact information and their address appears to be a residential home in Denver, CO. I did another Google search for this website and found others with similar stories about this website. Today makes 13 business days since placing the order.

I searched for Apple Watches on sale via Google. This was maybe the fourth search result and I’d never heard of the site before. I decided to look up reviews of the site to see if other users/consumers have had luck, as the sale seemed too good to be true (half off Apple Watches). People have been talking about how they’ve had their money taken from the website but no email confirmation regarding the order status, and others have noticed that the sale timer loops around again once the sale is supposed to end (the countdown starts again). I haven’t been scammed, but came close to ordering products on this website. I think it warrants looking into further as it is in the top 5 search results when people look for specific products.
