I ordered a sweater from this website on 11/30/19. Their site says it takes 2 weeks to get to you. On 12/11/19 I received an email saying the order had shipped and I received a tracking number, but now, one week later on 12/18/19, the order is still in “pre-transit” saying the label was printed, but never given to the postal service. I’ve tried contacting by email and I don’t hear back from the company for days at a time and there is no number to contact them at. My sweater did not arrive in the time that I needed it and I went online to read reviews and it looks like many other people have had the exact same issue, where their label was printed, but never shipped. This company has already taken the money for the product I’ve paid for. The company is a scam.
