Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I was contacted by a corporate IT recruiter stating they obtained by resume from Monster.com (I do have my resume posted on their site) and wanted to recruit me for position employment with IT World Web. I was directed to Google Hangout where the recruiter, Diyana Manova, contacted me and proceeded to conduct an eInterview. The net day I was informed that I passed the interview and they wanted to hire me as an administrative clerk in a work from home position. They would issue me a laptop with the software and I was to purchase other required office equipment (desk, file cabinet, fax/scanner/printer, and label maker). Diyana said they would mail me a check to make the office equipment purchase with one of their approved vendors. Later that day I received a check in my email and, as instructed, deposited into my bank account. After sleeping on it over night, I decided that the venture was too shady and I wanted to return the money. Diyana then instructed me to send the money to their manager, Enda Morse (St. Joseph, MO 64504) as a refund using a Moneygram from Wal-Mart. Unfortunately my bank did not catch that the deposit was fraudulent until 4 days later ultimately resulting in me losing the money. Before I began talking with Diyana, I researched her profile on LinkedIn and read up on the company via the internet. All the information was there and it appeared legitimate. Mind you I get contacted by recruiters frequently for employment so using text messaging, IM and other forms of communication is normal. Unfortunately this ocurence was not normal.
