Email is addressed to Account Holder. It says "We noticed a violation of our services on your Capital One 360 account for this reason, your account will be closed if you fail to resolve the issue within the next 48 hours. This will only take a moment, we implore you to resolve the issues on your account immediately to restore access. Click here to follow instruction and restore. "

#2. I have been receiving similiar emails for the past month.
