Telephone call from IT Innovators and L&E Grice regarding proposed refund. Phone calls from 704-464-6127 and 919-592-2026 phone numbers two different days. Because I have had a previous account with IT Innovators, I gave the 704 caller access to my computer. IT Innovators caller requested name of my bank. When the information requested was refused he locked down my computer. I immediately unplugged my computer, but had to have it repaired by a trusted local computer repair store. Names of callers given were Spencer from 704 area code and Peter from 919 area code. When I asked the 919 area code caller to give me information about their company the caller hung up.
