They said the victim had all kind of malicious adware, malware, and spyware and they could clean or fix the computer for $250 and one year of technical support. the person clicked on a ad by accident and their number to contact them was repeated over and over saying that the computer was infected with a very bad virus in my computer. They told and showed the victim that people in foreigner addresses were getting to personal information. They call themselves also the merchant INTUIT SERVICES. They said they have a establishment certificate from the BBB. They said their company was 8-9 years in business. They said they cleaned the security in the network and the security in the computer and all the devices connected to the network. They got into the computer thru www.logmein123.com. They might had placed something bad in the computer because they had access to it for about 45 to 60 minutes
