I had just bought a new computer and was trying to contact Geek Squad when these people took over as the tech support. I told them the problem I was having and they said , let me help you. With out realizing it they took over the computer. They did re arrange things but then went into registering my microsoft programs. As stupid (me) got more stupid I ended up purchasing. They also tried to get me to sign onto a bank account in my name to open a Microsoft store in my area. My mistake to not listen to my instincts but doesn’t make it right.
