In several phone messages left on my home phone, Officer Daniel Wiseman with the legal department of the IRS states that a criminal case has been filed against me with a case number of CF93271. If I don’t contact him immediately (or have my lawyer to do so), then they will proceed with my case. He wished me luck if I didn’t contact him. The contact number is 202-807-1005.

Recorded telephone call from a male identifying himself as employee of I.R.S. Legal Dept. calling to inform that this was the last and final call advising us that IRS was filing a lawsuit against us. Caller advised that we needed to respond immediately to phone # 202-657-4238 for assistance with this matter. We have NEVER had an IRS problem nor has there been any prior communication from IRS or our accountant advising of any issue or question requiring resolution.
