Caller said the IRS was going to file a lawsuit against me. Caller who left message was a woman, good English. When I called the number back, the man who answered was foreign and did not speak good English. After listening for a short time I told them the call was a scam and hung up.

Message left on voice mail advising I’ve committed IRS fraud and to call them back at 646-506-4938 to resolve the issue. I have not called them back. I get at least 2 voice mails a day for several days now. The voice is male, about in his early to mid 30s, possible Hispanic or Middle Eastern accent, kind of robotic sounding as if a voice changer was used.

Initiated call is automated saying they are the IRS and that this is the LAST call before a lawsuit is filed against you. It then instructs you to call one of the two numbers. I did call one back and it is a call center. Extremely loud background noise which makes it even harder to understand the broken english of the person on the other end. I asked them yesterday not to call me any more and today I have received three more calls and three more voice mails. This is harassment. They are NOT the IRS and I told the gentleman in the call center that I know he is not an employee of the IRS and he then said he had a discount that the IRS wanted to offer me. Told him this is a scam and I will be reporting his companies illegal misrepresentation of a government agency.

We received a phone call stating it was our last notice that IRS was going to sue us and we needed to call their number ASAP 1-509-207-4630. We called them and a foreign sounding man stated he was IRS agent Brian Smith with officer number HRN16502. He said in order to pull our file he needed my date of birth and last 4 digits of my SS number. I said "NO" and he hung up.

A person from the IRS called my cell phone with threats of lawsuit for tax evasion/tax fraud. He, then she, then a 3rd person, supposedly named David Miller (IRS Supervisor) claimed to have notices of lawsuit delivered personally to our residence and that federal marshalls would personally come to collect our property and make an arrest. They also threatened with possible prison time of 1 to 5 years if we did not pay either $2,800 or $3,500. The contact phone number they gave us was (405) 887-2695. 405 is a Stillwater or Oklahoma City area code. I
spoke with 3 different people and all three had different information, and all three spoke with an Indian accent.
