I received a call from 1-202-617-8451 (which I missed). A little later I received a call from 1-202-499-9120 which I did receive. The person said he was with the IRS Crime & Investigation Unit and proceeded to request personal information. I told him I would be reporting the call to the IRS and he hung up on me.
