Consumer was called by a fraudulent IRS Agent known as Amy Brown, Badge ID: 6598. She called from 1-703-436-9768. Amy Brown told the consumer that there was a law suit against her. The consumer was told she needed to give Amy Brown information and respond to the law suit or else a sheriff deputy would be at her door in twelve minutes. Once the consumer told Ms. Brown that she knew it was a scam, Amy Brown proceeded to threaten her and yell. Consumer then hung up and contacted both the police department and the BBB.
