A message was left on our answering machine by a foreign speaking person saying something about illegal allegations against the IRS – which makes no sense in our case. Since we did not return the call, but called the BBB instead, the questions below do not really apply. I am assuming he wanted us to pay something so checked "Tax Collection" above.
