Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Got a call from this company saying I was having a claim brought against me from *** ***. I haven’t had a loan with them. I told this lady I haven’t had a loan with them and she got really ugly with me and proceeded to tell at me. Telling me well I could tell the courts that. I hung up on her. I haven’t received any thing by mail or email about this. This has got to be a scam. Please be advised. The phone number was ***. I would think if this had even happened years ago, as she claimed, it would be on my credit report. These people need to be stopped!!!
