Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I was called to refinance my mortgage by Ironwood Mortgage Company back in January. They gave me a low interest rate and said I had to pay 1500.00 for fees up front. They never answer the phone and I can’t find them at all on the internet. I signed the papers and sent the check. They just called and said they have all the paper work and we will close. That was the other day Feb. 23rd. Still haven’t heard from them. We are worried they will take our money and never pay off our mortgage They will not give our money back if we decide not to take the mortgage. Can you let me know it they are legal business. I tried to call 8889833122 bbb but its always busy. They have a fititous business name filed number 2015213980.
