This company offers used gym equipment which is very popular in the crossfit industry. Specifically they offer for sale, at an extremely reduce priced, used Assault Airbikes and used Concept 2 rowers. In early June I purchased one Assault Airbike and one Concept 2 rower. Initially the site specified that these were used units from previous competitions and they had 30 assault bike units available. There was no limit at the time on the concept 2 rower. It was stated both of these items would be shipped together at the same time to save shipping cost which is how they could offer them at such a reduced price. All at the same time, meaning all the 30 airbike would be shipped at once and the rowers would all be shipped at once. In my order confirmation it was stated the airbikes would ship June 15th and the rowers on July 20th. On June 15th I received an email confirmation my airbike was shipped. However no tracking info was provided due to the fact they use the cheapest freight company they can find. It also says the item will take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on your location. I waited until July 13th and still have not received anything. I emailed them asking for an update on my shipment and there first response was an automated message explaining some answers to commonly asked questions. It stated that they have regular jobs and cannot keep up with emails. I responded again to that message asking for an update on my order since it has been almost 4 weeks since it was shipped. I specifically stated I was not looking for a refund but instead like my assault bike to be shipped with the next batch (according to their website they still had units for sale and it says those will be shipped out all at once on July 20th). I received a follow up message stating they were sorry my airbike didn’t arrive and they trusted the shipping company to deliver but it looks like a few of them didn’t make it. I then received an email saying my assault bike purchase has been refunded and I should see the funds in my bank account within a few days. I am still waiting on the refund. The problem is that not only did my airbike not make it, not a single person who purchased and item from them has received anything! I am following numerous online private groups, one in particular, that has at least 20 people located all over the US and not a single one received their airbike that was confirmed as being shipped June 15th. And we all have been given the same automated emails in response to our inquires. For the most part, to my knowledge, these people have or are in the process of being refunded as well. But I cannot validate who, if any, have actually received the funds. Which makes this scam more of an insurance scam, I believe, than just an online purchase scam if we do indeed receive our refunds. Moral of this story… do not purchase from this company. Although things look somewhat legit online… you will never receive the product you purchase. And you may or may not ever receive a refund for said product. Also, I am still eagerly waiting to see if the rower I ordered as well, which should be shipped out July 20th, will ever arrive. I know it won’t but I’ll wait anyways.
