I ordered a product from this company called “my livia” or “livia”, a device that the same technology as the TENS machines for treating pain. This product is specifically directed at women who have primary or secondary dysmenorrhea. Although the product is not guaranteed to work for everyone, the company does have a “money back guarantee” that you can try the product for 120 days, and if you don’t like it you can return it for a full refund. Needless to say that the product did not work for me and I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now. The only replies I have received from this company are automatic replies from someone who identifies themselves as Polina. I doubt this person is real as I have now received two of the exact same emails from this company. I tried calling the 24/7 hotline provided on their website, but the number is not in service. Furthermore, I finally decided to do some research on the company and discovered that there are many more people out there like myself who have yet to receive their promised refunds. If you visit trustpilot.com, a review service for consumers, you will find such testimonials. Personally I think creating an entire business out of praying on women who are in pain and stealing their money is shameful beyond words. I look to bureau’s like the ScamPulse.com to help right these highly unethical wrongs , hold guilty businesses accountable, and pave the way for honest business owners to take their place. Everyone deserves to be treated with honesty and respect, including customers.

I am still waiting for a response from your support team. In the last email I received, I was told that I would be contacted within 2-3 business days. That has not happened. I’ve been trying to reach someone since early January and I have to admit that I’m very frustrated at this point. All I want to do is return a product that didn’t work for me and get a full refund of my money – a guaranteed service that your company provides. Please contact me as soon as possible so we hopefully resolve this miscommunication.

I purchased the Livia machine directly from their website ( https://mylivia.com/ ) and it has now been 9 months since I sent the Livia machine for refund following their exact return instructions, STILL NO REFUND.

Despite my many attempts to get my money back "risk free" as they boast on their website, and although I have had confirmation that the equipment was successfully returned, I am still waiting.

I have emailed, used facebook messenger, and called a number of times in the past 9 months and never have received a refund.

I have managed to speak to a representative using 1-718-715-4647, although all they say is that they are working on my case. Now the phone number goes to an answering service that instructs the caller to dial a number to be connected (always a different number, every time I call) and after pressing the said number it simply hangs up.

If this isn’t the definition of a SCAM, I don’t know what is. DO NOT BUY LIVIA. IT DOESN’T WORK. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I ordered or rather (attempted to order) the livia device that helps with menstrual cramping for a friend. They sent an invoice that I paid and that my item was "processing" but no product has ever came to me. They also have not answered any of my inquires via email or their "contact us" box via their mylivia website. I want to warn everyone not to spend their money on it this way. I do not know if the device which is sold through Amazon is any more or less legit. I just want my money back. As someone who doesn’t even have a home and who spent money thinking of a dear friend that has been suffering with pain, this is ridiculous that they are allowed to take advantage of people this way. 150 dollars wasted that I can’t get back. There has to be something more that can be done. I am not the only one who has suffered. No one deserves this.
