I used this website after viewing that they provide the service I wanted, and they had texts that read: Guaranteed Unlock, Refund in place. Even though they stated the unlock was guaranteed, regardless of scenario (which they cover), the unlock failed, and they just sent an email saying I cannot be refunded, but they will give me a coupon to use on their site. After contacting support to try to get a proper answer, they never replied, and I still have not received a refund even after 2 weeks. A total rip off.

they offer a unlock service of cellphones with contract on a cellphone carrier, they say that you pay a total price of 28$, and the next day you receive a email saying "Thank-you for pre-ordering your unlock from iPhoneIMEI. We are pleased to inform you that the unlock for your iPhone is now ready.
To release the unlock for your device which will be sent Over The Air using either 3G, WiFi or by connecting the iPhone to a computer running iTunes, please make the final unlocking payment, as stated prior to payment, of £74.99. Delivery to your iPhone takes 1-7 days, as soon as it has delivered we will email you."
so they try to thieves you more than the price of the phone only for unlock, when in his website say total price of 28$ and never say something about extra payment in his terms and conditions.
i just looking for vendetta trying to block that page, everyday i see a lot of people reviewing the page for the same like scam.
