I have property listed via Zillow. This person called and introduced himself as "an investor". He then asked if my asking price was $xxx,xxx and I replied "yes". He then asked me if I owed anything on the house and I said "yes" thinking it was an odd question. He then asked how much I owe to which I responded that I didn’t think that was important and wouldn’t answer unless he told me more about himself. Then he hung up.
