This scam called our home phone and said "This is the final notice regarding a suit filed by the IRS on you due to your filing a fraudulent return. Please call our extension 348 about this matter." I happen to know that the IRS does not call regarding returns or any litigation matters, those would be sent certified mail. Please investigate this phone number as they do not represent the IRS and are phishing for info.
