I contacted my friend on Facebook. We talked about my illness. I went to high school with him. He also attends my church. He applied for a $50,000 Government Grant. Paid $1000. He received the funds the next day. The contact with the company is Frederick Smith. I have been receiving text messages from him. I did not send any money. Something did not feel right. Company name is International Monetary Fund Commission.
