Received call from a man claiming to have an interested party to purchase my timeshare in Mexico for $73,000. (This is the second time I have been called by a supposed timeshare reseller–the first reseller was called Dean Howard Properties located in Oklahoma City.) I went to both parties websites in which neither provided info on how these purchases work, and I called my management company who know nothing about these names. Both of these companies obtained my name, phone number, email and resort ownership info from somewhere which concerns me too! Anyway, they each emailed the offers and asked for ownership contracts. I received a followup call which I did not answer. One of the "too good to be true" scenarios.
