Type of a scam Nigerian/Foreign Money Exchange
I was contacted by a company claiming to be called "International Cash Awards" supposedly based in Las Vegas that i won $550,000 plus a bonus gift of a new Mercedes (didn’t say which model). The initial gentleman called himself John Williams and called from a Jamaican Phone number of 876-387-0725 .
Mr. Williams said there was a $7,500 processing fee that he requested to have a money order sent to a Las Vegas address that didn’t make sense ( CA-2, Las Vegas, NV).
He also claimed this phone call was being recorded by the BBB, FBI, and FTC for my security purposes to avoid any scammers ( i thought that was pretty entertaining)
