The claim was made by an automated voice, claiming to be from internal revanue services. This call claimed an illegal act was committed by the reciver of the message. It claimed that the number should be called, and if ignored, in the exact wording, "Good luck, all of it will fall down on you". The massage was set in a somewhat hostile tone.
