Received a call on 12/13/2016, at 6:11 PM on home landline phone. Female (Debra) told my spouse it was a personal matter and she would not talk to my spouse about why she was calling. I called the 615-988-3234 number on 12/14/16, and ended up speaking with Kim McFarland. They wanted the last 4 digits of my SSN. I would not give it to them and was asked about my previous residences. I have lived in the same location for over 28 years. I am not sure what these people were trying to do and they did mention Comcast in the conversation and I told them I have not used Comcast in almost 8 years.

I have been getting multiple calls a week and at times 3 plus calls in a day from this number. I also get calls from other numbers from this same company. They have an option to be "removed" from this list, but after pressing that button, you are re routed to the main menu and not removed. The calls have only increased since then. They ask for personal information (which I have not given them). At this point, the frequency of calls is effecting my ability to run my business efficiently. Please help!
