Type of a scam Tech Support
Started with an email saying they have access to our computer. We are working on that.
This morning they called and said “good morning, this is Intel, are you the owner of the computer in this house?”
I said pardon, so they repeated the question.
After they repeated the question I said “yes” and they immediately hung up. I tried calling the number back but it says it is not in service.
