Lady named liliana medina contacted me an advised I had won a grant to Insitucion Latinoaméricana to study engineering. She said all I needed was to pay them $450. That I had to give the money order to a "fedex" guy that was going to physically pick it up at my house. It was all enticing at first but the ne t day after speaking to friends and family they advised it all sounded like a scam. The lady called to confirm payment was ready 5 days later but I told her I didn’t need need anything from her. That’s when she had me call "Ryan Robinson" and he said that he was taking me to court that I owed them money and that my references I had provided were getting sued along with me. He gave me his lawyer license number trying to intimidate me ( #05081990jp) these ppl keep texting me harassing me.
