Computer services briefly interrupted and " call this number for help" appeared. I paid $150.to get it " fixed " and it continues to get bugs. They call and ask for more money or they won’t fix it. Elaborate and complicated. Poor English . They now say someone is trying to hack my bank account and I think it’s them. I need help!

Instatech popped up after an ad took us to an all orange page online. Called their number that showed up and they took control of the computer, started opening up personal documents, etc. Paid them 69.99 for a monthly service to keep our computer secure, but felt nervous cause they kept accessing things on our computer that we did not authorize. They also kept calling saying we owed them more and more money for better security.
