Please DO NOT trust this site. This “company” possesses as a Telemedicine. The application will ask for all of your personal information, including your social security number. Once the application is submitted, someone will call and ask for an emailed copy of your medical insurance, ID, and a credit card or bank card. They will automatically claim your insurance is not within their network and ask for $100 to speak with a Dr. By now, they have all your personal information. The number on their website is not valid. Neither is the number they’re calling you from. BEWARE this is a scam!
