I purchased a 2 in 1 curling/straighter from this company. The money was taken out of my account the same day for the amount of $54.95. I received a confirmation email saying that my package was shipped and they gave me a tracking number for the USPS. I tracked the package in which the tracking number would not work. I email the support page and received a nice email stating that the tracking number needed to catch up and that they were shipping them out as fast as they could. I have been waiting for my iron to ship since August 7,2017. Two weeks ago I emailed them again to ask for my money back and today when I checked for a response the website said that they would be back soon.

I purchased a curling iron from this company and had not received the product after successful payment the same day the order was placed. 8/8/2017. i contacted them to find out the hold up, it has been over a month now.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a hair straightener/curler. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive within a week. The took the money out of my bank account right away. I received an order confirmation and a few days later, a tracking number. The tracking number when tracked always said the number couldn’t be found. 15 days later, I still hadn’t received anything. I contacted by email them probably 5 days after placing my order to see how long it would be. They didn’t respond. A few days later I responded to the email I sent them asking them to please respond. They responded with a nice, lengthy message stating that their order volume is higher than usual and they are a little behind. They said the item had been shipped and sometimes it just takes a while for the tracking info to update online. I waited another week and still nothing. I got on their website and found a chat option. I started a chat to which no one ever responded. I sent another email. No response. Again, a few days later, I forwarded that email asking for a response and stating that this seems like a scam. I got the same canned message back that they sent the first time stating that they are behind and the product shipped! I went to the post office and had them check the tracking number. It was not in their system! I went to the bank and filed a report. They refunded my money to me while they complete an investigation and issued me a new debit card. Luckily, nothing else was ever taken out of my account in the time that the old card was active.
