Ask for your Id to cash out points the few open ways you can. All the real ways are locked until you cash out $50. Well try to cashout and some pin number they ask for i dont seem to remember. Another support ticked another ignored consumer. After two days of simply needing this pin reset now I decide to take some guesses. Now my account is locked with the money i earned them. Redirects to a contact support page now. The same support that dont respond to my tickets. If thos isnt a scam it is at the very leastva very poor first impression. They certiantly have done everything that says scam and not a single thing to show otherwise. Theyvare horrible customer service reps. They act like you are nothing good to them and you need them. They fail to see without us they have nothing at all. With the THOUSANDS of ripoff reports and pissedconsumer post on them I ask how in the hell they have an A rating here. The massive amounts of complaints mostly about stagf rudeness and ect. There is no way they should have a rating like they do.
