We purchased a stand up desk (commonly purchased item during COVID) for 49.97. we never received it. Despite many many complaints they string you along, keep sending you tracking information, and keep promising the item. It never arrives. Shortly after purchase, my credit card was compromised, fraudulent charges appeared and it had to be cancelled.

I ordered a chair and pillow covers and never received them. Every time you write to customer service they give you the same tracking link from a month ago. You call their number and you are asked to write. The chat is a fake with automatic responses to your message.
