I parked on a parking lot to obtain a hair cut on 2048 W Division St, Chicago, IL 60622 I went to confirm an appointment and came back to my car. In the 5 minutes I was out I had a received a boot on my car. I was approached by men from the Innovative Parking Solutions and was forced to pay a "removal fee" of $140. I thought there tactics where very predatory as I noticed other people on the same parking lot where being charged when they had legitimately parked on the parking of this particular business.
