I used this web sit and then cancelled it right after i used it and was told i would be refunded my money in 7 to 10 day now it has been 28 days and I have still not gotten a refund. The second time I called them they told me they have been trying to get a hold of me( which is a total lie because we all have called ID) because they needed my last 4 digits of my card number to give me a refund. They said I would be issued a refund in 5 days. So I am out $66.46 which I am sure I will never see.

They offer "unlimited" calling. So you pay $60 for a phone number that they give you and then you still have to pay the exact same price per minute for phone calls just like your normal telephone number. Essentially you’re paying twice as much as you normally would. I asked for a refund, they stated they gave me one but never did. Complete scam and taking advantage of family members who have loved ones incarcerated.

They promise half price service for inmates calling home. I paid for 1 month unlimited access but the number they provided never worked. Upon completion of the registration with SecurusTech, I still had to pay money to them. So, in all essence I paid 2 companies for phone services. When my husband still could not us the Inmatecall.com’s IDC number, I called SecurusTech and inquired about what I was supposed to do. She informed me that Inmatecall.com is a fraud. My price per call is always .21 per minute, the same as what the inmatecall.com was offering. So, do not use Inmatecall.com.
