Joel Guerrero looks for small roofing crews in need of work and makes them work after the job is done he will block you and not pay you.He owes me $3,200.I finished the work and now he blocked me and wont answer 2 other roofing crew has well.They also been scammed by him not paying the after the work!He is still doing it as of now. Dont fall for him and his promises!
