I placed an order over two months ago. I never Received my order or a refund . I’ve been emailing this place for over a month in reference to getting a refund and canceling my order and they were just playing games saying it shipped already but yet i still Haven’t received it . The order number is 6384.

I purchased from this company on November 25th so that I could get a gift in time for Christmas, three weeks after I had heard nothing other than promotional codes and discounts from them so finally I emailed them, no answer for a few days so I emailed again, both of those emails were responded to with the exact same message that had a "tracking number" that led to nothing and said the exact same thing. Another week went by so I emailed again and have heard nothing. The tracking number situation, I got a tracking number and put it in to numerous different tracking websites and they all said "no information found."
