My wife got a virus warning on her laptop with a number to call. The computer was completely shut down. I called the number and asked for a business name and physical location of where they were. It was i NEXT Support at 245 W. 43rd St. New York, New York. 800-926-9400. There are complaints against i NEXT in California, but the address didn’t show up when I searched for it. I had to go through several steps to get the warning off of her computer.
