Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I was contacted at the beginning of July by a representative (joe hill) that stated he had been reached out to by my coworker and had the information my coworker requested about a weed killer. We work in a state park, so something like this was plausible. He explained two products and asked to send samples. I let him know I would talk to my coworker and get back to him. The product was sent anyway and we were sent an invoice for 90+ dollars. When I called the company back, the representative I originally talked to, was extremely unprofessional, cursing at me and stating that I had ordered the products. After speaking to another customer service representative, I was told that the only way to dismiss the invoice was to send it back. I sent back the product and paid for the shipping with my own money. After, I was called by a “manager” asking if I would update my original ScamPulse.com complaint because he planned to take my number and address out of the company registry and that I would never be contacted again by them. As of today 11/27/2019 I have just received ANOTHER invoice for that original order. This is 100% a scam. The product was returned and I saved proof of the shipping return in case this happened. I will be contacting the company and will sue them if needed. I am also going to write a review on every forum possible about industrial chem labs. This is absolutely ridiculous.
